Michael Phillips, a 38-year-old man from South Carolina near the North Carolina border, has announced that he has booked a procedure to enhance his penis after successfully fundraising nearly $13,000 through a GoFundMe campaign titled “Help Michael Get Micropenis Enlargement Procedure.” Phillips claims to have the smallest penis in the world, measuring only 0.38 inches (0.97 cm) when fully erect, a condition medically diagnosed as micropenis.

Phillips expressed gratitude and surprise at the support he received from more than 250 donors. He explained that the surgery aims to increase his girth to relieve some of the difficulties associated with his condition, including urinary issues.

The rare condition, defined by the Cleveland Clinic as a stretched penile length of less than 2.67 inches (6.8 cm), has significantly impacted Phillips’s quality of life. Media coverage of his story and fundraising efforts prompted Beverly Hills plastic surgeon Dr. Robert Dorman to offer to perform an injection treatment procedure free of charge. However, Phillips stated he has already booked his surgery at a facility closer to home.

Phillips previously appeared on the British television show This Morning in January, where he had to definitively prove his condition to the production team before discussing his life with micropenis.
