According to Page Six, Hayden is a private fitness coach who also models for brands like Under Armour and Athleta. After news of their relationship surfaced, Hayden posted several pictures from the event, including some with Rodriguez.

Sources noted that although other women attempted to engage Rodriguez at the party, his friends redirected them. A source also described the new relationship as recent, saying, "They are dating. It’s new. She’s a really nice person from a great family."
