The United Kingdom’s High Court is scheduled to deliver its judgement on July 7, 2026, in a privacy case brought by Prince Harry and several other high-profile British figures against Associated Newspapers, the publisher of the Daily Mail and the Mail on Sunday.

The plaintiffs accuse the publisher of using unlawful methods to gather information from the early 1990s through the 2010s. Prince Harry, who gave testimony in January—the first royal to do so in 130 years—accused the Daily Mail of making the life of his wife, Meghan, “an absolute misery.”

The case also involves other public figures including Elton John. Prince Harry previously settled a separate legal claim with newspapers owned by Rupert Murdoch in January 2025.

The High Court’s judgement is expected to be announced at 13:00 GMT.
