Yesterday, the National Constitution Center held a conference focused on the 2025-26 Supreme Court term, reviewing many important cases decided during that period. The event featured three panels, each including a VC blogger: Keith Whittington discussed key cases, Ilya Somin addressed executive power, and Jonathan Adler focused on civil discourse.
Ilya Somin spoke specifically about a tariff case he helped litigate, broader issues related to executive power, and judicial review of emergency powers. The conference also included numerous prominent legal scholars and commentators.
The full video of the conference is now available for public viewing.
