US President Donald Trump has unexpectedly changed his travel plans for his trip from Turkey to England. After using a new aircraft gifted by Qatar to travel to Turkey, Trump will now fly to England aboard the older Air Force One. This shift in plans has raised questions about potential security concerns.

Trump announced the change in a post on Truth Social on Wednesday, stating, “to honor our brave men and women of the Military, we are sending the brand new, and truly spectacular, Air Force One to Mildenhall Air Force Base, in the United Kingdom, to give them a chance to tour the Aircraft.”

The older Air Force One will thus be used for the leg from Turkey to England, while the new Qatari-gifted aircraft will be stationed at Mildenhall Air Force Base in the UK for military personnel to tour.
