Yew Chung International School of Hong Kong (YCIS Hong Kong) has announced exceptional results for its 2026 International Baccalaureate Diploma Programme (IBDP) cohort. Among 123 registered students, two achieved a perfect score of 45 points. Additionally, two students scored 44 points and four scored 43 points. A total of 24 students scored 40 points or above, while 67 students (55%) received the IB Bilingual Diploma, highlighting the school's strong multicultural and bilingual education approach.

Graduates, supported by the Careers and University Guidance Office (CUGO), have secured offers from prestigious universities worldwide, including Harvard, Stanford, Oxford, Cambridge, Tsinghua, and Peking University. Notably, 51% of all offers came from QS Top 50 universities, and 74% from QS Top 100 universities, reflecting the academic strength and global competitiveness of the class.

Mr Martin Scott, Regional Executive Principal, stated, “These results reflect not only the students’ academic strength but also their determination to aim high and seize every opportunity YCIS provides. We are very proud of the breadth and calibre of their offers, and we look forward to watching them thrive on the global stage.”

They are equipped to bridge cultures, spark dialogue, and serve communities both locally and globally.”

One student, Amos, credited his success to the support of teachers, classmates, and family, emphasizing the school's role in fostering personal growth alongside academic excellence. He highlighted the importance of servant leadership and holistic development through extracurricular activities and community service.
