Chinese artificial intelligence startup Moonshot AI is preparing for a public listing in Hong Kong, potentially within the next six months, according to two people familiar with the matter who spoke to Nikkei Asia. The company's valuation and revenue have been surging, reflecting strong market interest.

Moonshot AI recently showcased its Kimi K3 AI model at the World Artificial Intelligence Conference held in Shanghai on July 17, drawing attention from industry observers including those in Silicon Valley.
