The series is part of Kennedy’s broader “Make America Healthy Again” agenda and focuses on making healthy, affordable cooking simple and accessible for every American.

Earlier this week, Kennedy posted a video on social platform X with the caption “Eat Real Food,” highlighting the administration’s initiative to promote healthier food choices nationwide.

In January 2026, the HHS unveiled new dietary guidelines represented by an upside-down pyramid, which officials described as the “most significant reset of federal nutrition policy in history.” Despite the new presentation, many core recommendations remained unchanged.

The launch event in Fort Drum marks a key step in the administration’s efforts to encourage healthier eating habits through accessible cooking education.
