The International Cricket Council (ICC) has suspended USA international cricketer Akhilesh Reddy for eight years after finding him guilty of match-fixing offences. The ICC Anti-Corruption Tribunal ruled that Reddy committed three breaches of the sport’s anti-corruption code during the Abu Dhabi T10 League in November 2025.

Reddy, 26, was found guilty of attempting to fix or improperly influence matches, trying to involve another player in similar activities, and deleting relevant data and messages from a mobile device during the investigation. The ban is backdated to 21 November 2025. The ICC noted that Reddy’s attempt to influence another player did not succeed.
