Ana Maria Markovic, often recognized as one of the world's most beautiful soccer players, has returned to her native Croatia to join Hajduk Split after leaving Brooklyn FC, where she spent just one season. This move marks the fifth different team she has played for since 2024.

Markovic is currently working to regain her form following a significant knee injury sustained in March 2023 while playing for Switzerland's Grasshopper Club. Since the injury, she has reportedly not scored any goals, highlighting the challenges she faces in her comeback.
