Scott Eastwood recently revealed on the "Armchair Expert" podcast how his father, Clint Eastwood, once asked Kevin Costner to leave the set of the film "A Perfect World." According to Scott, Costner, who was experiencing a rise to fame and possibly a growing ego, refused to come out of his trailer during filming. Clint Eastwood, who directed and starred in the movie, responded calmly by saying, "Well send him home then," despite Costner being scheduled for a scene that day.

Scott, 40, emphasized that his father never raised his voice on set and commanded a lot of respect from everyone involved. He described the incident as a "legendary story" and admitted he might not recall every detail perfectly. The actor also reflected on his upbringing around film sets, noting on the "Joe Rogan Experience" podcast in June that he was fortunate to witness firsthand how some behaviors on modern movie sets are "bulls---."

Additionally, Scott praised his father for protecting him and his siblings from the challenges associated with child stardom while growing up around the industry.
