Scott Eastwood recently revealed on the "Armchair Expert" podcast how his father, Clint Eastwood, once asked Kevin Costner to leave the set of the film "A Perfect World." According to Scott, Costner, who was experiencing a rise to fame and possibly a big ego at the time, refused to come out of his trailer during filming. Clint Eastwood, who directed and starred in the movie, responded calmly by saying, "Well send him home then," despite Costner being scheduled for a scene that day.

Scott, 40, emphasized that his father never raised his voice on set and commanded respect quietly. He described the incident as a "legendary story" and admitted he might be paraphrasing it incorrectly. Reflecting on his experiences growing up around film sets, Scott told the "Joe Rogan Experience" in June that he was fortunate to witness the realities of on-set behavior firsthand.

Additionally, Scott praised his father for protecting him and his siblings from the negative aspects of child stardom, despite being exposed to some bad behavior while visiting sets during his youth.
