Scott Eastwood recently revealed on the "Armchair Expert" podcast how his father, Clint Eastwood, once asked Kevin Costner to leave the set of the film "A Perfect World." According to Scott, Costner, who was experiencing a rise to fame and possibly a growing ego at the time, refused to come out of his trailer during filming. Clint Eastwood, who directed and starred in the movie, responded calmly by saying, "Well send him home then," despite Costner being scheduled for the scene that day.

Scott, 40, emphasized that his father never raised his voice on set and commanded respect through his demeanor. He described the incident as a "legendary story" and noted that he was fortunate to witness the realities of film sets growing up, including some of the less professional behaviors. On an episode of "The Joe Rogan Experience" in June, Scott remarked, "I think I was lucky in some ways because I got to see it growing up and got to see like how it's bulls---," referring to certain behaviors on modern movie sets.

Additionally, Scott praised his father for protecting him and his siblings from the pitfalls of child stardom while growing up around the film industry.
