Scott Eastwood recently opened up about a notable incident on the set of the film "A Perfect World," directed and starred in by his father, Clint Eastwood. During an interview on the "Armchair Expert" podcast, the 40-year-old actor recounted how Kevin Costner, who was part of the cast, refused to leave his trailer for a scheduled scene.

Scott described the situation, saying, "Kevin Costner sort of going through maybe, the Kevin Costner rise to fame and maybe got a big ego, you know, blah blah blah, but they were doing 'Perfect World.' Apparently, he didn't want to come out of his trailer for some reason."

Despite Costner's refusal, Clint Eastwood calmly responded by saying, "Well send him home then," effectively asking Costner to leave the set. Scott emphasized that his father never raised his voice during the incident or on set in general, noting that everyone had "a lot of respect" for him.

Reflecting on his experiences growing up around movie sets, Scott also told the "Joe Rogan Experience" in June that he was fortunate to witness firsthand how some behaviors on modern movie sets can be problematic, but that his father did "a really good job of protecting" him and his siblings from the pitfalls of child stardom.
