Scott Eastwood recently revealed a notable incident involving his father, Clint Eastwood, and actor Kevin Costner during the filming of the 1993 movie "A Perfect World."

In an interview on the "Armchair Expert" podcast, the 40-year-old actor described how everyone on set had "a lot of respect" for Clint Eastwood, who "didn't raise his voice ever" while working. Scott shared a "legendary story" about a moment when Kevin Costner, who was experiencing a rise to fame and reportedly had a big ego at the time, refused to leave his trailer.

"Apparently, he didn't want to come out of his trailer for some reason," Scott said. Clint Eastwood, who directed and starred in the film, responded calmly by saying, "Well send him home then," even though Costner was scheduled to be in the scene they were working on that day.

Scott also reflected on his upbringing around the film industry, saying on the "Joe Rogan Experience" podcast in June that he was "lucky in some ways because I got to see it growing up and got to see like how it's bulls---" regarding certain behaviors on modern movie sets. He added that his father did "a really good job of protecting" him and his siblings from the pitfalls of child stardom.
