Switzerland, known for its neutral stance, has the world's largest network of nuclear bomb shelters, with more than 370,000 shelters across the country. Rather than dismantling these facilities after the Cold War, Switzerland chose to continue building and maintaining them. Some of these shelters have been repurposed to house migrants.
