A golfer in Ohio considers himself "very lucky and blessed" after being struck by lightning on a golf course last week. The incident occurred as he was filming his friends attempting to move a stuck golf cart uphill during a storm.
The video begins with the golfer laughing at his three friends, who are getting soaked while trying to push the golf cart. At one point, the cart rolls backward before lightning strikes the golfer, who is standing under a tree holding an umbrella. The video ends abruptly with a loud bang and a flash of light.
According to meteorologist Matt Devitt, the golfer was struck on the arm by the lightning. Devitt also offered advice to the public regarding safety during storms.
The incident took place on a golf course near Cincinnati, Ohio, in the United States.
