Nearly 30 years after the death of iconic rapper Tupac Shakur, the trial concerning his 1996 murder has finally commenced in the United States.

In 2023, police charged Duane Davis, also known as "Keefe D," with organizing the killing of Tupac Shakur. The trial of Davis began on Monday, August 9, 2026.
