Legend Storer, 20, a former California college swimmer from Concordia University Irvine, has been charged with second-degree murder, first-degree burglary involving a dangerous instrument, and indecent exposure in connection with the August 5 death of Michael "Mike" Dyer, 63, a security guard at a Maui, Hawaii resort.

According to the Maui Police Department, the incident began around 1:45 a.m. when surveillance footage showed an unclothed man approaching Dyer’s office at a condominium resort on Lower Honoapiʻilani Road in Lahaina. The man allegedly assaulted Dyer before fleeing on foot.

Officers located the naked Storer around 3:35 a.m., noting he had suffered numerous abrasions. At 5:31 a.m., police were called to the resort after Dyer was found unresponsive. Court records obtained by Fox News Digital confirm Dyer’s death.

Storer has pleaded not guilty to all charges. A fundraiser noted that Mike and Joy Dyer had been married for 26 years.

The case remains under investigation.
