Japan's Mori Building is embarking on its first redevelopment project in the United States, joining a New York City development valued at over 100 billion yen ($628 million). The project involves constructing a $600 million office tower scheduled for completion in 2031. This move is part of Mori Building's strategy to bolster its overseas business and offset economic headwinds in Asia. The company's international portfolio already includes projects in Jakarta and Shanghai.
