On Wednesday, August 12th, 2026, Utah-based organization Our Rescue secured a $158 million contract to represent unaccompanied immigrant children in the United States. Founded by activist Tim Ballard, the group was previously known as Operation Underground Railroad. Our Rescue states that it assists law enforcement agencies by conducting sting operations and rescuing survivors of human trafficking.

The contract win has drawn attention due to the organization's controversial reputation. Our Rescue's role will involve legal representation and support for immigrant children who arrive in the country without guardians.
