The U.S. Secret Service has confirmed awareness of a threatening video aired on Iranian state media targeting Barron Trump, the youngest son of former President Donald Trump. The video reportedly depicts locations tied to Barron Trump and offers a suggested $10 million reward for information on his exact whereabouts.

Secret Service spokesperson Nate Herring told Fox News Digital, "The U.S. Secret Service is aware of the video and investigates anything that can be perceived as a threat toward our protectees." He added, "Out of concern for operational security, we do not discuss matters of protective intelligence."

This development comes amid ongoing threats against the Trump family from Iranian state media, which has aired content targeting them multiple times following the assassination of Iran's Ayatollah Ali Khamenei and the 2020 U.S. airstrike that killed Iranian General Qasem Soleimani.

A Deputy Director of the U.S. stated, "I don't think it's any secret, it's been in the media, that Iran has publicly said they want to kill President Trump."

Former Secret Service Agent Tim Miller has highlighted the elevated security risks facing President Trump, including assassination plots and imagery depicting Trump in a casket. Miller emphasized the need for significant resources to address these unprecedented threats, which involve both foreign actors and domestic hate groups.

The Trump family, including former President Donald Trump, First Lady Melania Trump, and Barron Trump, have become frequent targets, with threats occurring every few months.
