Swiss haute horlogerie manufacturer Audemars Piguet will bring 150 years of watchmaking heritage to Singapore with a free exhibition titled Audemars Piguet: Perspectives on Time. The event will be held from September 10 to September 13, 2026, at The Gallery Theatre in the National Museum of Singapore, located at 93 Stamford Road.
Curated specifically for Singapore, the exhibition will showcase both historical and contemporary timepieces from the Audemars Piguet Museum in Le Brassus, Switzerland, many of which will be displayed in Singapore for the first time. The exhibition explores the brand's history, including astronomical complications, openworking, and chiming watches.
Designed for both seasoned collectors and newcomers to mechanical watchmaking, the event combines archival displays with interactive elements and live watchmaking demonstrations. It traces Audemars Piguet’s evolution since its founding in Le Brassus in 1875. The company remains family-owned by the Audemars and Piguet families and is recognized as the oldest fine watchmaking manufacturer still in the hands of its founding families.
The exhibition is organized into four themed rooms, each highlighting a different aspect of Audemars Piguet’s watchmaking expertise. It runs daily from 10:30 a.m. to 6 p.m. in 30-minute sessions.
