Lifestyle habits and environmental exposures may impact cellular health and biological aging, according to Dr. Will Cole, co-author of the upcoming book "Heal Your Cells." Cole, based in Pennsylvania, told Fox News Digital that while human genetics have remained unchanged for thousands of years, the modern world has introduced new pressures such as inflammatory foods, environmental toxins, stress, and trauma.

Cole explained these factors may cause what he terms an "accelerated aging problem," where biological age differs from chronological age. "Many people in their 20s, 30s and 40s have the cells of a senior citizen," he said.

He noted that cellular dysfunction can begin years before a medical diagnosis, with early symptoms often dismissed or overlooked. According to Cole, eating foods that "don’t love human body back," particularly inflammatory foods, is a primary contributor to declining cell health.

Additionally, longevity experts have revealed a "Flicker Method" that could help individuals feel younger, addressing some of these aging pressures.

Medical expert Milan Markovic emphasized that cellular health significantly influences the aging process.
