Rob Wittman (R-Va.) in a district that would have been a prime pick up for Democrats had their congressional map been implemented this spring, according to Decision Desk HQ.
Wittman faced no primary on Tuesday for Virginia’s 1st Congressional District, while Taylor, Henrico County Commonwealth’s attorney, beat out 12 other Democrats.
