Lee's extensive career includes serving as the first president of L-H Battery, a joint venture between LG Energy Solution and Honda, as well as CEO roles at Continental AG North America and SK Continental Emotion. Earlier in his career, he co-founded several technology companies and worked as a management consultant for Boston Consulting Group.
His insights underscore the ongoing challenges faced by Asian Americans in achieving proportional representation within industrial leadership roles.
