The pro wrestling world continues to expand with numerous promotions running multiple weekly shows, making it impossible for fans to watch everything. WWE and All Elite Wrestling (AEW) each run shows up to four times a week, while Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) airs on Thursdays and Major League Wrestling (MLW) streams its flagship show on Saturdays via YouTube.

WWE Hall of Famer John Bradshaw Layfield (JBL) recently highlighted several wrestlers he believes fans should watch closely. In an interview with Fox News Digital, JBL praised "Speedball" Mike Bailey of AEW as "just an incredible talent" and noted that Josh Alexander shares similar qualities.

JBL also pointed to Will Allday, an independent wrestler based in Texas, who, despite having no television experience, consistently ignites local crowds during his appearances. JBL remarked, "I think there’s a lot of young talent" across the wrestling landscape.

Mike Bailey, alongside Kevin Knight and Místico, celebrated winning the AEW World Trios Championship at AEW Revolution on March 15, 2026. JBL himself has a storied history, having appeared at WWE WrestleMania 21 "WrestleMania Goes Hollywood" at the Staples Center in Los Angeles and making an entrance during WWE RAW at the American Airlines Center in Dallas, Texas.

The vast and diverse wrestling scene includes international programs and independent shows streamed throughout the week, underscoring the depth of talent available to fans.
