On July 9, Wales announced three changes to their starting XV ahead of their second Nations Championship match against Argentina. Ellis Mee replaces Louis Rees-Zammit on the wing, with Rees-Zammit moving to the bench. Sam Costelow is selected at fly-half, preferred over Dan Edwards, who started in Wales' 39-24 victory over Fiji in Cardiff last weekend. The replacements are Ryan Elias (16), Nicky Smith (17), Ben Warren (18), Teddy Williams (19), Kane James (20), Kieran Hardy (21), Max Llewellyn (22), and Louis Rees-Zammit (23).
Wales will face Argentina in this upcoming fixture as part of the Nations Championship.
