FIFA is selling pieces of the grass that will be used for the 2026 FIFA World Cup final, scheduled for July 19 at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey. Each segment is priced at $450, though the exact dimensions—listed as 17.5 by 17.5 by 17.5—are unspecified in units.

According to FIFA's online store, each piece contains an original fragment of the iconic final playing surface, preserved in premium acrylic with a USB keepsake that features an authenticity film and serves as a contemporary display piece. The item is presented in a premium hinged shoulder box with spot UV detailing, targeting collectors and football enthusiasts.

FIFA has stated that orders for these pieces will not be shipped until after the World Cup final. The organization has faced criticism for high pricing throughout the tournament, with regular final tickets costing up to $32,970 and hospitality tickets priced at $34,500 and $32,500, which include food and drinks.

Soccer's governing body did not immediately clarify the exact measurements of the turf segments.
