Three people have died in a house fire in Sydney's south-west suburb of Wiley Park, according to New South Wales police. Emergency services were called to reports of the fire on Cornelia Street at approximately 9:45 pm on Wednesday evening, July 29th, 2026. Fire and Rescue NSW extinguished the blaze, which caused extensive damage to the property.

Following a search of the house, three bodies were found inside. NSW Police have established a crime scene at the address and stated they have yet to formally identify the victims. A report will be prepared for the coroner as the investigation into the circumstances surrounding the fire continues.
