Kai Trump, the 19-year-old granddaughter of former President Donald Trump, revealed her unexpected choice for song of the year in a video shared on her YouTube channel and TikTok. When asked to pick a song that would define her past year, Kai admitted she was caught off guard and ultimately chose Adele's "Rolling in the Deep."

"And I really did not know. I couldn't think of a song at all. And I'm like, you know what? I just said ‘Rolling in the Deep’ by Adele," Kai said with a laugh. "I don't know, that was like the only song that came up, like came to my head."

"Rolling in the Deep," released in 2010 as the first single from Adele's second studio album "21," is widely regarded as the singer's breakthrough hit. The song reached number one on the Billboard Hot 100 chart, where it stayed for seven weeks.

In addition to her music pick, Kai revealed in an interview with Fox News Digital that she has a new celebrity crush, moving on from previously naming "Outer Banks" star Drew Starkey in 2024. Kai, who often plays golf with her grandfather, is set to compete on the Hurricanes women's golf team during the 2026-27 season.
