CANBERRAEQ Resources, Australia's leading tungsten miner and the biggest player outside China, is expanding its operations amid rising tungsten prices and supply shortages.

Craig Bradshaw of EQ Resources reported a significant increase in inquiries since China imposed dual-use export controls on tungsten. For years, Bradshaw had been reaching out to companies "looking to help them with a problem that they didn't know they had," highlighting the strategic value of tungsten amid tightening supply.

The move by China to restrict exports has shifted global attention to alternative sources like EQ Resources, which is now capitalizing on the opportunity to grow its market presence.
