A recent investigation within the Knoxville Police Department revealed a complex love triangle involving officer Jasmine Reed and married Lieutenant Keith DeBow. Reed was investigated and suspended after the affair was confirmed, which reportedly included sexual encounters during work hours, according to WVLT.

Lieutenant DeBow's wife, Captain Tammy DeBow, who also serves in the department, was suspended after discovering the affair and sending text messages to Reed about it. Surveillance footage showed the two officers entered a room together 37 times, totaling over eight hours.

The investigation further uncovered flirtatious text exchanges between Reed and Knoxville Police Chief Paul Noel, adding another layer to the controversy. This incident follows a similar love triangle case involving the Metro Nashville Police.
