Norwegian Football Federation (NFF) President Lise Klaveness said she is going to ask her board to pursue a formal ethics complaint over the incident.

She called on FIFA to acknowledge the decision to suspend Balogun’s ban as an error.

"We need our leader in FIFA to say that this was an error," Klaveness told The Times.
