On July 7, England announced the inclusion of prop Emmanuel Iyogun and loose forward Chandler Cunningham-South for their Nations Championship game against Fiji, scheduled for Saturday at the Hill Dickinson Stadium in Liverpool. Iyogun, an uncapped player, replaces Beno Obano, while Cunningham-South steps in for Cadan Murley. Both Obano and Murley sustained injuries during England's 45-21 defeat to South Africa in Johannesburg the previous Saturday.

Additionally, England added wing Tom Roebuck to their squad on Monday after fullback George Furbank was ruled out due to appendicitis.

Following the fixture against Fiji, England will travel to Argentina for their third match in this year’s inaugural Nations Championship, set for July 18.
