Mauritian rider Kim Le Court sprinted to victory in stage six of the Tour de France Femmes on Thursday, August 6, 2026, in Tournon-sur-Rhône, France. Despite an early fall and mechanical problems that forced her to change bikes just 15 km from the finish, Le Court joined an eight-rider breakaway and outpaced her rivals in the final sprint. She finished ahead of France's Cedrine Kerbaol and the Netherlands' Puck Pieterse after the 153 km hilly route from Montbrison to Tournon-sur-Rhône in south-eastern France.

At 30 years old, Le Court secured her second stage victory in the Grande Boucle, having previously won a stage last year in Guéret. She credited her team for their positioning during the race, saying, "It was a truly crazy stage. The team did such a great job positioning me at the front of the race that I couldn't give up the fight."

Swiss rider Marlen Reusser retained the leader's yellow jersey, maintaining a 12-second lead over Dutch cyclist Demi Vollering and a 1 minute 17 second gap over Poland's Kasia Niewiadoma. The overall race favorites finished 28 seconds behind the breakaway group.

Stage seven, scheduled for Friday, August 7, 2026, will conclude with a challenging climb to the summit of Mont Ventoux in the French Alps, featuring the Bedoin climb over 15.7 km at an 8.8 percent gradient.
