Kimberley Le Court of Mauritius claimed victory in the sixth stage of the Tour de France Femmes on Thursday, August 6th, 2026. Despite suffering a mechanical problem before the final climb that forced her to change bikes, Le Court, aged 30, was able to rejoin the main group with the help of her teammates and launched a successful sprint in the final 300 metres.

Le Court joined a small breakaway group 10 kilometres from the finish and held off French rider Cedrine Kerbaol at the line, with Puck Pieterse of the Netherlands finishing third. She described the effort, saying, "They brought me back slowly but surely to the bunch, and I got back on top of the last climb, which was a really big effort. Then I just tried to stay patient, try to recover from this big effort. Riejanne Markus and I bridged to the breakaway, and we got to the front."

The 153.4-kilometre stage from Montbrison to Tournon-sur-Rhone saw no change in the overall standings. Swiss rider Marlen Reusser retained the yellow jersey, holding a 12-second lead over Dutch competitor Demi Vollering. Poland's Katarzyna Niewiadoma-Phinney is in third place, 1 minute and 17 seconds behind the leader.

With three stages remaining in the race, Reusser remains the rider to beat in the general classification.
